Tomorrow is the last day of the show at Marburger Farm. The people are still piling in and we are still selling away. My wife, Ashley arrived in Houston yesterday and is loving her first trip to Texas! We bought a few great pieces here in Round Top that we will be bringing home to the shop on Monday. Kim will be back from her buying trip on the 13th but please come by and see me next week. Kim arrived at IAH in Houston this morning rockin her cowgirl boots. We are so excited for the show to start tomorrow and praying for good weather. After a long 24 hour drive we made it safe to Round Top, Texas. Please come by and see us in tent C booth CB8. I will post pictures from our booth as we set up.

It has been unbelievably busy around here and we are just getting organized so we can start to load the truck for Round Top. I am leaving next Thursday to get down there in time for the first set up day on Friday. Kim arrives in Houston on Monday the 2nd, so she will be there for the whole show this year! On Saturday afternoon she leaves straight from Houston to London for the first of three trips to fill our next container. Please come by and see us before we head out of town…

We were very lucky with the weather yesterday with the rain holding off until we were finished. We are getting everything organized over the next few days and then starting to load the truck for Marburger Farm. Our container is being delivered at 7 am tomorrow morning! Please come by and see all of our beautiful pieces we have found on our buying trips.

Well, our container has been delayed in Norfolk with a random exam happening today or Monday. Horrible news but hopefully we will have it by Tuesday. We have been waiting all week for news on its clearance through customs apparently they are slammed right now. It has given us a great opportunity to clean and make space so we have taken full advantage! Please check back next week for pictures of its arrival.

Yesterday we made the long haul out to Chincoteague Island in the box truck to make a delivery for one of our best customers. It was a beautiful day out on the eastern shore and turned out to be a very successful trip. We found an excellent seafood restaurant and made it back without any speeding tickets. Not to mention sold (and setup!) a beautiful early painted Swedish Clock!  It was just in time to move some stuff around and make space for our container which should be delivered on Tuesday!
